Welcome to American History!
This should be a very exciting semester. We will be studying the history of our nation from the Industrial Age to the Present. I will expect you to do nightly reading from the textbook you will be provided in class. Then you will take a short quiz online for each reading assignment.
Our class will be organized around a number of group projects, 4 papers, 5 Unit tests, and 2 in class presentations. I expect you to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the time periods we are studying in all aspect of our class.
In class I expect you to follow three basic rules. Be Respectful. Be Responsible. Be Ready. (Not to be confused with the 3 R's of the New Deal that we will be discussing later in the semester.)
